Annie Failoni ARNP

Annie Failoni, ARNP, has been an adult nurse practitioner since 2001, following graduation from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Since 2016, she has dedicated herself to addiction medicine and since 2018 has been helping people in Jefferson and Clallam Counties struggling with substance use disorders. Annie takes an integrative, holistic approach to addiction medicine, including medications and encouraging engagement with counseling and community and family support groups. Annie and her team have over two decades of experience treating alcohol and opioid use disorders, offering a low-barrier harm reduction treatment model which focuses on reducing the stigma associated with substance use disorders. Annie is committed to promoting optimal well-being and empowering her patients to be their best versions. She’s passionate about helping people with substance use disorders and is humbled to be a part of their journey. Outside the clinic, Annie loves to spend time in the stunning Jefferson and Clallam County countryside with her children and numerous animals, including her horses and the family’s pet pig.

Tina Lenson ARNP

Tina Lenson, ARNP is a family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience working in healthcare. She received her master’s in nursing from Vanderbilt University. She has practiced in specialty and primary care before finding her passion for working with populations struggling with substance use disorder. Not only does she help patients at Olympic Penisula Health Services but also patients at Enumclaw Jail struggling with substance use disorders. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring the San Juan Islands and using her family as test subjects for new plant base recipes.

Sandra Canaday ARNP

Sandra Canaday is very happy to join OPHS! She has been a family nurse practitioner since 2008, when she graduated from California State University, Los Angeles. She has specialized in both Pain Management and Addiction throughout her career. She greatly enjoys working with MAT patients! She enjoys developing a rapport with each patient and hearing their life stories. She is glad to be providing Primary Care services to OPHS patients. She previously lived in the PNW for 10 years. She now resides in Southern California. She enjoys morning walks, reading, decluttering, and traveling with her family.

J.D. Aldrich RN

Office Manager

J.D. Aldrich, a registered nurse, is our nurse manager. He is a Sequim native educated at Peninsula College in Port Angeles, Washington. During his 15-year nursing career, he has gained experience in family, long-term, and emergency room care, specializing in addiction medicine for nine years. J.D. became a nurse to support his local community and continues to do so within the recovery community. In his spare time, J.D. enjoys the outdoors and everything the Pacific Northwest offers.

Anna McGuire

Patient Care Navigator

I stay busy raising my son who just turned 11. He just finished basketball season and is now participating in 4H. We recently got a puppy named Max who has been a joyful addition to the family. I enjoy serving at the Revolution Church in many areas, including our weekly Celebrate Recovery meeting on Saturday evenings.
